At MADMIA, we want you to love your colorful socks and accessories as much as we do, so if you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we offer easy returns within 30 days. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all MADMIA tags still attached.

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Authorization number.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and send them back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
